We’re pleased to announce that The Morrighan will be performing live at Forest Fest 2025 in Emo, Ireland — joined on stage by Lange for a special back-to-back set, marking 25 years since the release of Follow Me.
This will be the first time Cecily Fay and Jon‑X have performed together as The Morrighan in over two decades, and it’s a rare opportunity to revisit a collaboration that helped shape the sound of early 2000s trance.
A Shared History
Follow Me was the result of a shared creative vision between Lange and The Morrighan — blending orchestral textures, vocal layers and electronic production into something that stood apart from the club tracks of its time. It went on to become a mainstay in the sets of DJs across the world, and still resonates with listeners to this day.
At Forest Fest, that track — and the creative partnership behind it — will be brought to life on stage, with Cecily performing live vocals and Jon‑X back to back with Lange on the decks for a collaborative set that reflects both the past and the present.
A One-Off Live Reunion
This performance is a one-off — the first time the three artists have appeared live together in over twenty years. As well as Follow Me, the set will explore earlier work, new material, and a few reimagined versions of tracks that shaped The Morrighan’s identity.
We’re looking forward to sharing something special with the Forest Fest audience: not just a moment of nostalgia, but a new chapter — live, atmospheric and honest.
